摘  要:为解决底板巷围岩裂隙发育程度高、岩性破碎导致抽采效果差等问题,通过井下试验,研究底板巷围岩壁后注浆和均压封孔联动瓦斯治理技术。研究表明:壁后注浆有效降低围岩顶板下沉量和两帮移近量,减少岩层裂隙和钻孔漏风通道,为施工穿层钻孔提供有利条件;对比传统封孔工艺,均压封孔有效提高封孔质量。两种技术联动后,有效降低钻孔施工前和封孔后两类漏风通道,有效提高瓦斯抽采效果。In order to solve the problems such as high development of surrounding rock fissures and poor extraction effect caused by broken lithology in floor roadway,the linkage gas control technology of post-grouting and uniform pressure sealing hole in surrounding rock wall of floor roadway is studied through underground test.The study shows that the grouting behind the wall can effectively reduce the subsidence of the surrounding rock roof and the approach of the two sides,reduce the rock fissures and borehole air leakage channels,and provide favorable conditions for the construction of drilling through layers.Compared with the traditional sealing technology,uniform pressure sealing can effectively improve the sealing quality.After the linkage of the two technologies,the two kinds of air leakage channels before drilling construction and after sealing are effectively reduced,and the effect of gas drainage is effectively improved.
