西翼暗斜井道岔自动集控装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对高煤公司西翼暗斜井提升系统及轨道运输系统故障频发,无法满足安全、高效、运输自动化、运输智能化等需求情况,设计了暗斜井道岔自动集控装置。实践应用结果表明:使用该装置后,道岔拒动率和保护失效率均在2‰以下,提升车数提高11.2%,应用效果理想。In view of the frequent failures of the lifting system and rail transportation system of the west wing concealed inclined shaft of Gaozhuang Coal Company,which can not meet the requirements of safety,efficiency,transportation automation and transportation intellectualization,the automatic centralized control device of the railroad switch of the concealed inclined shaft is designed.The practical application results show that,after using the device,the railroad switch rejection rate and protection failure rate are below 2‰,the number of lifting cars is increased by 11.2%,and the application effect is ideal.
