摘 要:为解决局部通风机噪音声级超过作业场所噪声限值问题,通过对局部通风机产生噪音的原因及噪音辐射分析,利用“水墙”对声波的阻挡及动能吸收转换方法,研究设计了一种自制加工的局部通风机降噪设施,并根据现场条件对加工、安装进行了设计。现场实践结果表明,安装自制加工的降噪设施后,局部通风机4 m以外的噪音声级已低至85 dB(A)以下,符合煤矿作业场所噪声限值的要求。In order to solve the problem that the noise level of the local fan exceeds the noise limit of the workplace,through the analysis of the noise causes and noise radiation of the local fan,the sound wave barrier and kinetic energy absorption conversion method of"water wall"are used to study and design a self-made noise reduction facility of local fan,and the processing and installation are designed according to the on-site conditions.The field practice results show that after the installation of self-made noise reduction facilities,the noise level beyond 4 m of the local fan has been reduced to less than 85 dB(A),which meets the requirements of noise limit in coal mine workplaces.
