变频器调速装置抗干扰系统的优化研究

摘  要:庞庞塔煤矿一采区运煤系统变频器调速装置采用传统正弦脉宽调试技术,在井下复杂电磁环境下脉冲变化速度快,调节精确性差。为了解决上述不足,采用IGBT作为系统的开关器,并通过改进控制电路,来保证变频器调速装置在各种工况下都具有较强的抗干扰性。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够将变频调速精度提升到100%,将调速时间降低67.6%。The frequency converter speed regulating device of the coal conveying system in the first mining area of Pangpangta Coal Mine adopts the traditional sine pulse width debugging technology.Under the complex electromagnetic environment underground,the pulse change speed is fast and the adjustment accuracy is poor.In order to solve the above problems,IGBT is used as the switch of the system,and the control circuit is improved to ensure that the frequency converter speed regulating device has strong anti-interference under various working conditions.According to the practical application,the system can improve the accuracy of frequency conversion speed regulation to 100%and reduce the speed regulation time by 67.6%.
