摘  要:根据煤矿需求,设计液压支架电液控制系统测试平台。平台主要由功能测控系统和人机交互系统构成。测控系统采用分布式I/O站结构实现液压支架模拟、状态监测和控制功能。基于Win CC的人机交互系统为系统的指令输入和测试结果显示提供平台,并搭建试验平台对系统的立柱压力控制性响应时间和推移时间精度进行了监测。According to the demand of coal mine,the test platform of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is designed.The platform is mainly composed of functional measurement and control system and human-computer interaction system.The measurement and control system adopts distributed I/O station structure to realize hydraulic support simulation,condition monitoring and control functions.The human-computer interaction system based on Win CC provides a platform for system instruction input and test result display,and a test platform is built to monitor the column pressure control response time and lapse time accuracy of the system.
