摘 要:为避免高含碳量的碳氢燃料使得带有阳极尾气再循环的燃料电池-涡轮混合发电系统中重整器内CO_(2)浓度过高的问题,将氧化钙作为吸附剂的吸附强化重整制氢被应用于该系统。系统的燃料为十二烷,通过吉布斯自由能最小化的方法完成重整过程的热力学计算。结果表明:采用吸附强化重整制氢的发电系统在系统发电效率及功率输出上分别提升了3.93%和19.17%,并降低了CO_(2)排放量66.46%。且在燃料电池温度为1023~1063 K、钙碳比为0.4~0.8的范围内,系统的性能随参数增大而明显提升。但该参数的增大又会影响燃料电池及系统的安全运行,因此参数的选择需要综合考虑。To avoid the high CO_(2)concentration in the reformer of the fuel cell-gas turbine hybrid power generation system with anode exhaust recirculation caused by the hydrocarbon fuel with high carbon content, the absorption enhanced reforming with calcium oxide as the sorbent is applied to the system. The fuel of the system is dodecane, and the thermodynamic calculation of the reforming process is completed by the Gibbs free energy minimization method. The results show that the generation efficiency and output power of the system with absorption enhanced reforming are increased by 3.93% and 19.17% respectively, and the CO_(2)emission is reduced by 66.46%. When the SOFC temperature is 1023~1063 K and the calcium to carbon ratio is 0.4~0.8, the performance of the system is significantly improved with the increase of parameters. However, the increase of these parameters affects the safe operation of the SOFC and the system, so the selection of parameters needs to be comprehensively considered.
