摘 要:为减轻新疆准东煤因高碱金属和碱土金属含量导致其燃烧过程锅炉的结渣沾污和高PM释放等问题,作者前期工作中提出采用燃煤电厂烟气(CO)强化水洗脱碱的方法,显著增强了高碱煤中碱金属和碱土金属的水洗脱除率。然而前期研究均是基于间歇式反应器开展,实际应用性不强,脱除率有待进一步提高。本文自行设计了一种半连续式高碱煤烟气强化水洗脱碱装置,较详细研究了其脱碱效果、洗煤的物理化学特性及其热转化行为。结果显示,此方法的脱灰率达46.4%,Na和Ca脱除率分别高达89.2%和36.2%。洗煤灰的变形温度从782℃提升至1240℃,煤的燃烧结渣沾污倾向得到明显抑制。烟气强化水洗使煤的着火点和最大燃烧速率略有下降,但整体燃烧行为和温度范围变化不大,而煤样的气化活性有所降低。In order to reduce the slagging and high PM emission during the coal combustion caused by high alkali metal and alkaline earth metals(AAEMs)content of Zhundong coal.In our previous work,a novel flue gas enhanced water leaching method was proposed to enhance the removal rate of AAEMs in high alkali coal by using coal-fired power plant flue gas(CO).However,previous studies were conducted by a batch reactor,and the AAEMs removal rate needs to be enhanced by modifying the reactor.In this paper,a semi-continuous reactor was designed for the flue gas enhanced water leaching.The dealkalization effect,physicochemical characteristics and thermal conversion behavior of the leached coal were studied in detail.The results show that the deashing rate is 46.4%,and the Na and Ca removal rates are 89.2%and 36.2%,respectively.The deformation temperature of the leached coal ash increases from 782℃to 1240℃,and the slagging tendency of the coal was suppressed effectively.The ignition point and maximum combustion rate of the leached coal decrease slightly,but the overall combustion behavior and temperature range were not changed much.While,the gasification activity of the coal decreased.
