摘 要:为了解开设孔洞对落地双层球面网壳的受力影响规律,以某水泥厂石化均化库为例,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行静力特性分析.研究了活荷载控制下弹性阶段网壳结构的内力,进一步对无孔洞、开设孔洞时网壳结构杆件内力变化进行对比讨论,得出开设孔洞对网壳结构内力的影响规律:开设孔洞后,下弦肋杆轴力变化最大,其次为上弦肋杆,环杆和腹变化最小,且各类杆件内力增幅较大者集中在洞口上部、侧部及洞口附近两环杆件,即洞口处出现了应力集中.In order to understand the effect law of opening holes on the stress of floor double-layer spherical reticulated shell,in the report,the petrochemical homogenization warehouse of a cement plant was used as an example,the static characteristics were analyzed with the finite element software ANSYS. The internal force of the reticulated shell structure in the elastic stage under the control of live load was studied. Further,the internal force changes of the reticulated shell members without holes and with holes were compared and discussed,and the effect law of opening holes on the internal force of the reticulated shell structure was obtained:after opening holes,the axial force of the lower chord rib changes are the biggest,followed by the upper chord rib,and the changes of the ring and web are the smallest,the larger increase of internal force of various members is concentrated in the upper part,side and two ring members near the hole,that is,the stress concentration appears at the hole.
