摘　　要：S55C是一种用于生产汽车轴承用的中碳轴承钢,在冶炼、轧制生产过程中都需要进行特别的控制,以保证其最终产品的使用性能,特别是轧制生产过程中易发生脱碳超标,增加后道精整的压力和质量风险的发生。为解决脱碳层深度超标的问题,通过调整均热段温度、控制钢种在炉时间以及加快出钢节奏三方面措施降低脱碳层厚度,最终实物质量达到了客户的技术要求。S55C is a medium carbon bearing steel used for producing automobile bearings. Special control is required during smelting and rolling production to ensure the service performance of the final product. In particular,decarburization is prone to exceed the standard during rolling production, which increases the pressure of finishing and quality risk. In order to solve the problem that the depth of decarburization layer exceeds the standard, the thickness of decarburization layer is reduced by adjusting the temperature of soaking section, controlling the time of steel type in furnace and accelerating the tapping rhythm. Finally, the physical quality meets the technical requirements of customers.
