摘　　要：如何在安全和经济效益下快速进行盾构机刀具检修或更换,成为制约盾构是否顺利掘进、能否提高掘进效率的关键问题。北京地铁6号线4标慈寿寺站–花园桥站盾构区间工程,通过4次小竖井结合地层加固的辅助施工方法,在不开仓的情况下,快速完成了刀盘刀具的检修更换施工作业,取得了良好的效果,值得进一步推广和借鉴。How to rapidly maintain or replace the shield machine tools in a safe&economic manner becomes a key issue to restrict the smooth tunneling and improve the tunneling efficiency.In the section Cishousi Station~Huayuanqiao Station in Bid 4#of Beijing Subway Line 6,tool maintenance and replacement are rapidly completed without opening the magazine by adopting the auxiliary construction method of 4 small shafts in combination with stratum reinforcement and favorable effects are realized.This technology is worthy of further popularization and reference.
