摘　　要：屋面工程是民用建筑施工过程中举足轻重的分部工程,无论从建筑的使用功能,还是从建筑的整体性能,都扮演着极其重要的角色,所以必须做好屋面工程的相关质量管控工作。四川成都建邦花溪府工程采用传统的正置式屋面,施工过程中优化了相关施工工艺流程及保温材料,在确保屋面工程节能保温效果的同时,显著提高了施工质量。The roofing project is an important subproject during the construction of civil buildings and plays a vital role both in the use function and the overall performance of buildings.Therefore attention must be paid to the relevant quality control of roofing projects.The traditional positive roof is adopted in Jianbang Huaxifu Project in Chengdu,Sichuan.During construction,related construction processes and thermal insulation materials are optimized during construction,so as to significantly improve the construction quality besides ensuring the energy-saving&thermal-insulation effects of the roofing works.
