摘  要:目的 了解2019—2020年平顶山市公共场所室内空气中苯系物污染程度,掌握重点公共场所苯系物的浓度与分布,为公共场所卫生管理和相关政策的制定提供科学依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法选取平顶山市46家公共场所的96个采样点作为监测对象,根据《公共场所卫生检验方法第2部分:化学污染物》(GB/T 18204.2—2014)进行室内空气采样,采用热解吸/毛细管气相色谱法进行检测,外标法定量计算空气中苯系物浓度并进行评定。结果 平顶山市46家公共场所室内空气样品中苯、甲苯、二甲苯均未检出超标。不同污染物中苯污染最重,甲苯次之,二甲苯最轻,检出率分别为75.0%、62.5%、58.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.000,P>0.05)。不同类型公共场所中,理发店和美容院苯系物污染较重,宾馆较轻,检出率分别为85.7%、80.0%、75.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.000,P>0.05)。结论 2019—2020年平顶山市公共场所室内空气中虽未检出苯系物超标,但总体检出率较高,存在危害大众健康的风险,仍需加强公共卫生监测和宣传教育,改善公共场所空气质量。Objective To understand the pollution degree of benzene series in indoor air of public places in Pingdingshan from 2019 to 2020,master the concentration and distribution of benzene series in key public places, and provide scientific basis for public health management and the formulation of relevant policies.Methods Totally 96 sampling points from 46 indoor public places in Pingdingshan were selected as monitoring objects by random sampling method.The indoor air sampling was implemented in accordance with GB/T 18204.2—2014 Examination Methods for Public Places―Part 2:Chemical Pollutants,thermal desorption/capillary gas chromatography was applied for detection, and external standard method was applied to quantitatively calculate and evaluate the concentration of benzene series in air.Results Benzene, toluene or xylene was not detected in the air samples from 46 public places in Pingdingshan.Benzene was the most polluted in different pollutants, followed by toluene and xylene with the detection rates of 75.0%,62.5% and 58.3%,respectively, and the difference wasn′t statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.000,P>0.05).The pollution of benzene series in barbershops and beauty salons was more serious in different types of public places, while the pollution of benzene series in hotels was less.The detection rate of benzene series in barbershops, beauty salons and hotels was 85.7%,80.0%,75.0%,respectively, and the difference wasn′t statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.000,P>0.05).Conclusion No samples of benzene series out of limits are detected in public places in Pingdingshan from 2019 to 2020,the overall detection rate is high, and there is a risk of public health harm.It remains being necessary to tigthen public health monitoring, publicity and education, and improve the air quality in public places.
