摘  要:以国产百万千瓦超超临界机组为代表的大型火力发电厂,在能源转型发展的新时期,特别是在未来以新能源为主体的新型电力系统结构下,将承担稳定器与压舱石的关键作用,其安全稳定运行显得尤为重要。本文对国产百万千瓦超超临界机组保护系统进行完整的功能安全评估,分别对汽轮机、锅炉的工艺流程开展危险与风险分析、安全完整性等级(SIL)分析和安全完整性等级(SIL)验证工作,通过功能安全评估充分发掘潜在风险点,完善了机组工艺系统方案,改进了仪表保护系统的配置,提高了保护系统的有效性,提升了大型火电机组本质安全水平。In the new period of energy transformation and development,especially under the new power system structure based on new energy sources in the future,large-scale fossil fired power plants represented by domestic 1000MW ultra supercritical units will play a key role as stabilizers and ballast stones,and their safe and stable operation is particularly important.In this paper,a complete functional safety assessment has been carried out for the protection system of domestic 1000MW ultra supercritical power units,and hazard and risk analysis,safety integrity level(SIL)analysis and safety integrity level(SIL)verification have been carried out for the process flow of steam turbines and boilers respectively.Through the functional safety assessment,potential risk points have been fully explored,the unit process system scheme has been perfected,and the configuration of instrument protection system has been improved.The effectiveness of the protection system and the intrinsic safety level of large-scale fossil fired power units are both improved.
