声呐式外测液位计在化学品罐区SIS系统中的应用

摘　　要：本文根据乙烷及环氧丙烷两种化学品的物理特性,结合声呐式外侧液位计的工作原理、信号输出方式,详细分析了外测液位计在具体项目中的使用特点。通过对比其他原理液位计在危险化学品液位测量中的优缺点,针对乙烷类液化烃、环氧丙烷储罐,根据SIL定级以及现场工况,与工艺专业共同分析确定两种化学品储罐SIS系统的控制参数,将声呐式外侧液位计加入安全仪表系统的设计中,通过SIS系统的三取二工作方式执行联锁控制方案。声呐式外侧液位计具备的非接触式、连续跟踪液面、精度高、快速安装调试、可靠耐用维护简单等优点,为化学品罐区的安全生产提供了保障。According to the physical characteristics of ethane and propylene oxide,combined with the working principle and signal output mode of sonar external liquid level gauge,this paper analyzes the application characteristics of external liquid level gauge in specific projects in detail.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of other principle liquid level gauges in the liquid level measurement of hazardous chemicals,for ethane liquefied hydrocarbon and propylene oxide storage tanks,according to the SIL rating and on-site working conditions,analyze and determine the control parameters of SIS system of the two chemical storage tanks together with the process discipline,add the sonar external liquid level gauge into the design of safety instrument system,and implement the interlocking control scheme through the two out of three working mode of SIS system.The sonar type external liquid level gauge has the advantages of non-contact,continuous liquid level tracking,high precision,rapid installation and commissioning,reliability,durability and simple maintenance,which provides a guarantee for the safe production of chemical tank farm.
