摘  要:PCV阀是锅炉主蒸汽压力高保护的重要装置。由于原PCV阀控制系统设计上存在一定的缺陷,因此在机组正常运行时经常会出现各类故障,严重影响机组正常安全稳定运行。本文通过介绍某电厂1050MW机组锅炉PCV阀控制系统结构组成,主要从气动控制回路及电气控制回路分析其控制原理,并对PCV阀控制回路进行优化,进而防止PCV阀误动或拒动,提高PCV阀安全运行的可靠性。PCV valve is an important device for high protection of boiler main steam pressure, the original PCV valve control system has some defects in design, therefore, various faults often occur when the unit is in normal operation, the normal safe and stable operation of the unit is seriously affected.This paper introduces the structure and composition of the PCV valve control system of a 1050MW boiler in a power plant. Mainly from the pneumatic control circuit and electrical control circuit analysis of its control principle. And optimize the PCV valve control circuit. In order to prevent the PCV valve misoperation or refusal. Improve the safe operation reliability of PCV valve.
