摘　　要：1151压力变送器是工业现场压力测量的重要设备,其中信号处理板是压力变送器的核心部件,老化测试是信号处理板生产过程中的关键一环,也是生产过程中的重要控制点;设计了1套信号处理板老化测试装置,该装置能同时测试36块核心板,实现了老化烘箱的自动控制、数据自动采集与存储、报表结果打印输出等功能,提高了信号处理板老化测试的自动化水平。1151 Pressure Transmitter is an important equipment for pressure measurement in industrial field, in which the signal processing board is the core component of the pressure transmitter, and aging test is a key link in the production process of the signal processing board, but also the important control point in the production process;a set of signal processing board aging test device is designed, which can test 36 sets of core boards at the same time, and realize the automatic control of aging oven, automatic data acquisition and storage, report results printing and output, and improve the automation level of signal processing board aging test.
