摘　　要：根据《JJG 644-2003振动位移传感器检定规程》研究电涡流振动位移传感器自动检定对测量数据、技术指标要求,分析常规电涡流传感器校验装置测试方法与JJG 644-2003在数据采集及指标计算上的差别。按照规程技术要求,制定电涡流振动位移传感器静、动态自动检定量值溯源和传递系统图,在常规校验校准装置上开展自动检定的技术方案,对该自动检定计量标准装置的不确定度进行评定。This study examines the requirement of data measurement and technical specifications for automatic verification of eddy-current vibration displacement sensor based on JJG 644-2003,the vibration displacement sensor verification regulation.It further compares and analyzes the difference between the conventional eddy-current sensor calibration device test method and JJG 644-2003 in data acquisition and index calculation.The traceability and transmission system diagram of both static and dynamic automatic verification of eddy-current vibration displacement sensor is formulated according to the technical requirements of the regulation.Lastly,the study applies the automatic verification technology on the conventional calibration device and evaluates its uncertainty.
