基层医疗卫生机构视角下医共体运行效果评价

摘　　要：目的:了解县域医共体改革对基层医疗卫生机构(乡镇卫生院/社区卫生服务中心)的影响。方法:2021年9月对襄阳市所有基层医疗卫生机构加入县域医共体后的情况进行调查,内容包括2020年度基层医疗卫生机构转诊量、诊疗量以及加入医共体后,在检查结果互认、患者信息共享、人才支持、技术帮扶、诊疗基层量和职工待遇6个方面的效果评价。结果:对医共体效果总体评价得分为2.92分,技术帮扶项目得分最高(3.31分),职工待遇项目得分最低(2.62分);各辖区评价得分最高为3.81分,最低为1.69分。结论:加入县域医共体后,双向转诊、技术帮扶、人才支持等方面得到基本认可,但基层医疗卫生机构运行效果提高不明显,需要采取针对性措施加强县域医共体建设。OBJECTIVE To understand the impact of primary medical community reform on township medical and health institutions(township health institutions/community health service centers).METHODS In September 2021 to Xiangyang city all primarymedical and health institutions to join the county medical community after investigation,including 2020 primary medical and health institutions referral,diagnosis and join the medical community,in the examination results of mutual recognition,patient information sharing,talent support,technical support,diagnosis and treatment and worker treatment six aspects of the effect evaluation.RESULTS The overall evaluation score of the medical community effect was 2.92,the highest score of technical assistance items was3.31,and the lowest staff treatment items score was 2.62;the highest evaluation score of each district was 3.81,and the lowest was1.69.CONCLUSION After joining the county medical community,two-way referral,technical assistance,talent support and other aspects are basscally recognized,but the operation effect of the primary medical and health institutions is poor,so targeted measures need to be taken to strengthen the construction of the county medical community.
