摘　　要：中医药自古以来就是中华民族治病、防病有效而独特的技术方法,因其具有“简便验廉”的特点,在我国医疗卫生体系中有着无可替代的地位,与基层医疗卫生机构的功能定位尤为契合。文章主要通过分析国内中医药服务发展现状、基层医疗卫生机构中医药服务能力的影响因素、基层中医药特色服务优势的实现路径等方面,探寻基层医疗卫生机构中医药服务能力的提升策略。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has been an effective and unique technical method for the Chinese nation since ancient times.Because of its characteristics of“simplicity and honesty”,TCM has played an irreplaceable position in Chinese medical and health system,which is particularly in line with the functional positioning of primary medical and health institutions.It mainly analyzes the development status of domestic TCM service,the influencing factors of TCM medical and health institutions,the influencing factors of TCM service capacity of grassroots medical and health institutions,and the realization path of grassroots TCM characteristic service advantages.
