摘　　要：目的:了解芜湖市风疹流行病学特征,为科学防控风疹提供依据。方法:利用全国麻疹/风疹监测信息报告管理系统中的2011—2021年芜湖市风疹病例数据,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果:2011—2021年芜湖市共报告风疹770例,年均发病率为1.891/10万,风疹发病呈下降趋势;城市发病率高于农村;3—6月为风疹发病高峰期;10~24岁青少年病例占66.75%,育龄妇女病例占27.92%,学生病例占57.79%;5起风疹突发公共卫生事件有4起发生在农村地区的学校。结论:芜湖市近11年风疹发病水平呈下降趋势,10~24岁青少年是主要发病人群,可考虑对该重点人群集中补种风疹疫苗。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic situation of rubella in Wuhu from 2011 to 2021,and to provide a basis for the scientific and standardized prevention and control of rubella.METHODS The rubella case data of Wuhu from 2011 to 2021 were extracted from measles surveillance information system for descriptive epidemiological analysis.RESULTS A total of 770 rubella cases were reported in Wuhu from 2011 to 2021,with an average annual incidence of rubella is 1.891/100000,the incidence of rubella was on the decline,the incidence rate of city was higher than that of rural.The peak of rubella incidence was from March to June.66.75%of cases were?adolescents aged 10~24 years,the women of childbearing age accounted for 27.92%of the cases.The proportion of student cases was 57.79%and Four out of five Public health emergency events(PHEES)occurred in schools in rural areas.CONCLUSION The incidence of rubella in Wuhu has decreased in recent 11 years.Adolescents aged 10~24 years are the main component of rubella cases in Wuhu,key groups such as the college and middle school students,the youth can be considered at the entrance to school,the entry of centralized rubella vaccine.
