摘　　要：目的:了解乌海市伤害的发生水平和流行特征。方法:对2021年乌海市3家伤害监测哨点医院上报的伤害监测报告卡进行统计分析。结果:2021年乌海市哨点监测医院共报告伤害病例6780例,男女性别比为1.68∶1,年龄主要集中在25~44岁(30.69%),伤害病例多发生于乌海市及所属县(区)(73.23%),因跌倒/坠落造成的伤害占比较大(39.40%)。结论:2021年乌海市伤害病例多集中在男性,高峰期在5月份,伤害程度主要为轻度,主要结局为处理后离院;可采取多层次的干预措施,有针对性开展预防控制工作,从而预防伤害的发生。OBJECTIVE To understand the occurrence level and prevalence characteristics of injuries in Wuhai.METHODS Statistical analysis was carried out on the injury monitoring report cards reported by three injury monitoring sentinel hospitals in Wuhai in 2021.RESULTS In 2021,a total of 6780 injury cases were reported in Wuhai Outpost Monitoring Hospital,with the male-female sex ratio of 1.68:1,mainly aged 25 to 44 years old(30.69%).Most of the injury cases occurred in Wuhai and its affiliated counties(districts)(73.23%),and the injuries caused by falls or falls accounted for a relatively large proportion(39.40%).CONCLUSION In2021,most injury cases in Wuhai were concentrated in men.The peak period was in May,and the injury degree was mainly mild,and the main outcome was leaving the hospital after treatment.Multi-level intervention measures can be taken to carry out targeted prevention and control work to prevent the occurrence of injury.
