摘　　要：目的:了解淄博市居民对当地出台控烟法规的态度,为淄博市开展烟草控制工作和控烟立法提供科学依据。方法:2021年9—10月,采用多阶段抽样方法对淄博市15岁及以上常住人口共1 162人进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行描述性分析和单因素分析。结果:调查对象吸烟率为20.9%(243/1 162),对淄博市出台控烟法规的支持率为94.8%(1 101/1 162),对在公共场所禁止使用电子烟的支持率为73.1%(850/1 162)。结论:淄博市居民对出台控烟法规的支持率比较高,政府部门应出台淄博市控制吸烟条例,保护公众的健康权益。OBJECTIVE To investigate the attitudes of Zibo tobacco control legislation among residents in Zibo,and to provide scientific basis for tobacco control work and tobacco control legislation.METHODS A multi-stage sampling method was used to sample residents aged 15-year-old or above of Zibo,and the paper questionnaires survey were carried out through convenience sampling.Descriptive analysis and univariate analysis were used.RESULTS There were 1162 valid questionnaires in this survey.The smoking rate of the respondents was 20.9%(243/1162),the rate of supporting implementation of tobacco control legislation in Zibo was 94.8%(1101/1162),and the rate of supporting for the prohibition of Electronic Smoking in public places was 73.1%(850/1162).CONCLUSION Approval rating of tobacco control legislation among residents in Zibo is high.The relevant government agencies should introduce smoking control regulations in Zibo to protect public health rights.
