摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾疏肝方联合针刺治疗围绝经期情绪障碍的临床疗效。方法:将2019年11月—2021年11月上海市浦东新区联洋社区卫生服务中心收治的72例围绝经期情绪障碍患者随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。给予对照组患者中药治疗,给予观察组患者中药联合针刺治疗,治疗8周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、女性绝经期自测表(改良Kupperman)评分、性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度。结果:观察组患者总有效率为91.70%,对照组患者总有效率为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.132,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分、Kupperman评分、中医证候积分、性激素均较治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度较治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义(t=2.150,P<0.05)。结论:滋肾疏肝法针药结合治疗围绝经期情绪障碍,可通过调节内分泌系统紊乱达到改善患者情绪的目的。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of kidney and liver thinning and acupuncture on perimenopausal mood disorders.METHODS Seventy-two patients with perimenopausal mood disorders admitted to Lianyang Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area,Shanghai from November 2019 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 patients).Control group patients were given TCM treatment,and observation group patients were given TCM combined with acupuncture treatment for 8 weeks.It should observe the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,the female menopausal self-test scale(Kupperman)score,sex hormone levels,and endometrial thickness before and after treatment.RESULTS The total response rate was 91.70%in the observation group and 75.00%in the control group,as compared between the two groups(χ^(2)=12.132,P<0.05).The HAMD score,HAMA score,Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score and sex hormone all improved before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the endometrial thickness increased after treatment(t=2.150,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of kidney thinning and liver acupuncture in patients with perimenopausal mood disorders can improve the mood of patients by regulating the endocrine system disorders.
