摘　　要：中欧班列运单物权化的探索对于建立基于国际铁路联运的陆上贸易新规则,促进中欧班列的高质量发展具有重要意义。本文结合中欧班列运输单证应用及流转的特点,系统剖析中欧班列运输单证物权化的需求本质,解析“单轨制”模式与“双轨制”模式两种实现途径。在对比分析当前成都、重庆、西安等地的探索实践模式,总结其存在的风险和障碍的基础上,从立法途径、商业实践环境的营造、业务操作、信息平台建设等方面提出了相关建议。The exploration of document of title of railway waybill is of great significance for establishing new rules of land trade based on international railway transportation and promoting the high-quality development of China Railway Express(CRE). According to the characteristics of the application and process of CRE waybill, this paper systematically analyzes the demand of document of title of CRE waybill, and proposed two ways to realize which are the "one-way mode" and "double-way mode". Compared the current practice modes in Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi’an and other places, and summarize their existing risks and obstacles, this paper put forward suggestions from the aspects of legislative approaches, the construction of business practice environment, business operation and the construction of information platform.
