摘 要:为达到既发展铁路货运又保护生态环境的目的,将系统动力学模型应用于铁路货运节点的环境保护分析过程中。收集某一铁路货运节点年货运吞吐量,绘制铁路货运节点经济效益与环境效益关系图,生成SD因果分析图和SD流量存量图;应用SD仿真软件Vensim-PLE进行仿真,确定货运节点的经济效益、环境效益与吞吐量之间的关联性;仿真结果表明,在吞吐量符合货运节点设计能力的前提下,吞吐量增长保证了经济效益增长,环保政策直接影响到环境效益且受到节点经济效益的限制。SD模型和Vensim-PLE仿真软件应用于铁路货运节点货运与环保问题分析,为两者的和谐发展提供了的新思路。In order to ensure that the railway freight development and the ecological environment protection be carried on simultaneously, the systematic dynamics model is applied to the environmental protection analysis together with the railway freight nodes in this research. To collect the annual freight throughput of a railway freight node, to draw the relationship between economic benefits and the environmental benefits for the railway freight node, as well as to generate SD causality analysis diagram and SD flow stock diagram hereby;the SD simulation software Vensim-ple was used to simulate and determine the correlation between economic benefits, environmental benefits and throughput of freight nodes accordingly. The simulation results show that,on the premise that the throughput conforms to the design capacity of freight transport nodes, the throughput growth can ensure the economic benefit growth, and the environmental protection policy will directly affect the environmental benefits and be limited by the node economic benefits. SD model and Vensim-ple simulation software are applied to analyze the potential problems of freight transportation and environmental protection for the railway freight nodes, which will provide a new research perspective for the harmonious development of both.
