HBO联合丙基硫氧嘧啶在老年甲亢患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察高压氧(HBO)联合丙基硫氧嘧啶在老年甲亢患者中的应用价值。方法 将2018年5月-2019年7月收治的老年甲亢患者110例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各55例。对照组患者接受丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合HBO治疗。连续治疗3个月。观察两组治疗3个月后临床疗效及治疗前、治疗3个月后甲状腺激素相关指标[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素受体抗抗体(TRAb)]、血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)及生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量(WHOQOL-100)]。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组TSH、FT3、FT4、TRAb水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组IL-2高于治疗前,TGF-β低于治疗前,观察组IL-2高于对照组,TGF-β低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组饮食控制、按时服药、社会功能、心理功能评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HBO联合丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗治疗老年甲亢,起到有效临床治疗效果,降低甲状腺激素水平,提升生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with propylthiouracil in elderly patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods From May 2018 to July 2019,110 elderly patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with propylthiouracil,on the basis of which,the patients in the observation group were treated with HBO.The patients were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical effect and the related indexes of Thyroid hormone [ TSH,FT3,FT4,TRAb ],serum Interleukin-2,TGF-β and quality of life [ WHOQOL-100] were observed before and after treatment for 3 months in the two groups.After treatment,the patients were divided into two groups according to the thyroid-stimulating hormone of TSH,FT3,FT4,TRAb,IL-2,TGF-β and quality of life [ WHOQOL-100].Results After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions HBO combined with propylthiouracil in the treatment of senile hyperthyroidism has an effective clinical therapeutic effect,reducing the level of Thyroid hormone and improving the quality of life.
