摘 要:非晶合金变压器空载损耗较常规硅钢变压器下降70%左右,节能效果突出,适用于电能消耗大,平均负载率低的城市轨道交通用牵引整流干式变压器。本文对非晶合金牵引整流干式变压器的技术特点和优势进行了论述,并进行了同容量非晶合金与硅钢牵引整流干式变压器的性能对比。在此基础上,对全寿命周期成本评价的方法进行了介绍,结合实际计算案例对同容量非晶合金与硅钢牵引整流干式变压器的全寿命周期成本进行了计算对比,在30年的全寿命周期运行过程,非晶合金牵引整流干式变压器成本节约十分可观,经济社会效益显著。The energy-saving effect amorphous alloy transformer is outstanding whose no-load loss of is about 70% lower than that of conventional silicon steel transformer.It is suitable for traction rectifier dry-type transformer used in urban rail transit with high power consumption and low average load rate.In this paper,it has discussed the technical characteristics and advantages of amorphous alloy traction rectifier dry-type transformer,and has compared the performance of amorphous alloy and silicon steel traction rectifier dry-type transformer.Based on that,this paper introduced the method of life cycle cost evaluation,and the life cycle cost of amorphous alloy and silicon steel traction rectifier dry-type transformer is calculated and compared through actual case.During the 30-years life cycle operation process,the cost saving of amorphous alloy traction rectifier dry-type transformer is outstanding.
