摘 要:本文中作者针对目前多分裂变压器半穿越短路阻抗计算精度不高、各分裂绕组平衡性差的问题,建立一种针对多分裂变压器短路阻抗的计算方法。提出等效漏磁密度能量法建立一种半穿越短路阻抗数值计算模型,对三相多分裂变压器短路阻抗的平衡性进行计算与分析,同时建立变压器三维有限元场路耦合分析模型,基于漏磁能量法对本文提出的计算方法进行对比分析。最后,设计了一台十分裂变压器样机,通过对样机半穿越短路阻抗的计算与试验研究,定量的分析样机半穿越短路阻抗的平衡性以及本文提出的等效漏磁密度能量法的准确性。Aiming at the problem that the calculation accuracy of the semi-crossing short-circuit impedance of multi-split transformer is not high and the balance of each split coil is poor,a calculation method for short-circuit impedance of multi-split transformer is established.An equivalent magnetic leakage density energy method is proposed to establish a numerical calculation model of semi-traverse short-circuits impedance.The balance of short-circuit impedance of three-phase multi-split transformer is calculated and analyzed.At the same time,a three-dimensional finite element field-circuit coupling analysis model of transformer is established.The energy method is used to verify and analyze the calculation method proposed in this paper.Finally,a ten split transformer prototype is designed.Through the calculation and experimental study of the semi-passing short-circuit impedance of the prototype,the balance of the semicrossing short-circuit impedance of the prototype is quantitatively analyzed,the accuracy of the equivalent magnetic leakage density energy method proposed in this paper.
