以国产聚丙烯粒料作为中层的三层共挤输液用膜的性能考察

摘  要:按相同配方和工艺,以国产聚丙烯(RPB05F中层膜材)或进口聚丙烯为中层粒料,分别制备了三层共挤输液用膜,并对其性能进行对比研究。结果表明,国产聚丙烯粒料和进口聚丙烯粒料制备的膜材基本无差异,其物理性能、化学性能和生物性能均符合标准。此外,采用国产聚丙烯粒料制作的膜材稳定性好,在考察期内性能未明显改变。提取试验中,抗氧剂和金属元素的含量远小于提取限度,提示可将国产聚丙烯应用于三层共挤输液用膜的生产。Based on the same formula and process,the three-layer co-extrusion infusion films were prepared with domestic polypropylene(RPB05F middle-layer film material) or imported polypropylene as middle-layer granules,and their properties were compared.The results showed that there was basically no difference between the films prepared from domestic and imported polypropylene granules,and their physical,chemical and biological properties were all met the standards.In addition,the film made by domestic polypropylene granules also had good stability,and the performance did not significantly change during the investigation period.In the extraction test,the contents of antioxidants and metal elements were far less than the limits.The results indicated that domestic polypropylene granules could be applied to the production of three-layer co-extrusion infusion film.
