摘  要:机加工企业在生产过程中会产生大量废切削液,成分非常复杂,处理难度较大。尽管针对这类废水业界已有成熟的处理工艺,但是成本及收益的衡算不甚明细,往往导致一些企业出于成本考虑,倾向于采用一些成本低廉的处理工艺简单处理,或者全数委外处理,而不是采用投资较高的先进工艺,合理妥善地处理机加工废水。通过基于膜处理工艺的废切削液再生利用技术,对机加工废切削液处理中的资源化利用不仅能带来较高的经济效益,还能带来良好的环境效益和社会效益。Mechanical processing enterprises produce a large amount of waste liquid(wastewater)in the production process.The composition is very complex and the treatment is difficult.Although there are mature treatment processes for this kind of wastewater in the industry,the balance of cost and income is not very detailed,which often leads some enterprises to adopt some low-cost treatment processes for simple treatment or all outsourced treatment out of cost considerations instead of using advanced processes with high investment to treat wastewater reasonably and properly.This paper studies the recycling model of emulsion wastewater treatment based on membrane treatment technology.
