摘  要:建立液液萃取-气相色谱法测定环境水体中的四种亚硝胺类化合物的测定方法。通过对前处理条件及上机仪器条件的优化,很好的实现了四种亚硝胺类化合物的分离。当取样量为250 ml时,N-亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA)、N-亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA)、N-亚硝基二正丙胺(NDPA)、N-亚硝基二苯胺(NPBA)在1.0~10.0μg/ml范围内线性良好,检出限为0.4~0.5μg/L。用该方法对实验用水做了高、中、低质量浓度水平的加标回收试验,其结果的精密度(0.81%~4.34%)、准确度(83.0%~105.0%)均有较好的结果。分别取样了我们环境中常见的水体,也取得了较好的结果,此方法适用于环境水体中四种亚硝胺类化合物的测定。A method for the determining four nitrosamines in environmental water by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography was established through the optimization of pretreatment conditions andinstrument conditions.When the sampling volume is 250 ml,the linearity of four nitrosamine compounds,N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA),N-nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA),n-nitrosodinopropylamine(NDPA)and n-nitrosodiamine(NPBA)is good in the range of 1.0~10.0μg/ml,and the detection limit is 0.4~0.5μg/L.With this method,the standard addition and recovery tests of experimental water at high,medium and low mass concentration levels were carried out.The precision(0.81%~4.34%)and accuracy(83.0%~105.0%)of the parallel determination results achieved good results.The water bodies in the environment were sampled respectively,and good results were obtained for the determination of actual samples.This method is suitable for the determination of four nitrosamines in environmental water bodies.
