八月瓜手工皂的制备及评价

摘　　要：基于八月瓜籽油的优良性质,采用索氏提取法提取八月瓜籽中的油脂,以八月瓜籽油、椰子油、棕榈油为主要原料,采用冷制法制备了一种具有八月瓜特殊香气的手工皂。经过对比试验,结果表明:八月瓜手工皂的油脂最佳配方为八月瓜籽油10.00 g、椰子油50.00 g、棕榈油30.00 g,皂化温度为40℃。在此条件下得到的手工皂性能最优,洗涤效果明显,具有潜在的实用和经济价值。Based on the excellent properties of August melon seed oil,experiments were conducted using the soxhlet extraction method to extract oils from August melon seeds.The hand soap with a special aroma of August melon was prepared using August melon oil,coconut oil,palm oil as the main raw materials.After comparative testing,the optimal formula of August melon hand soap was 10.00 g August melon seed oil,40.00 g coconut oil,30.00 g palm oil,and saponification temperature was 40℃.The hand soap obtained under this condition had the best performance,obvious washing effect,potential practical and economic value.
