摘  要:喙尾琵琶甲不同虫态样品进行微波消解,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法ICP-OES对不同虫态中8种微量元素进行分析比较。研究发现,喙尾琵琶甲各虫态中Zn、Al、Fe、Cu、Mn含量较丰富,Cd、Cr、Ni在3种虫态中含量均较低。幼虫中Al、Fe、Cu、Mn含量显著高于成虫和蛹;蛹中Zn的含量显著高于成虫和幼虫,为506.87 mg/kg,其他7种微量元素均低于成虫和幼虫,这一结果为喙尾琵琶甲蛹开发为一种补锌的生物制品提供了基础研究数据。The powders of different stages of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire were digested by microwave,and 8 target elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma opitcal emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The results indicated that the contents of Zn,Al,Fe,Cu and Mn in different phase were rich,and the contents of Cd,Cr and Ni were low in the three states.The contents of Al,Fe,Cu and Mn in larvae were significantly higher than those in adults and pupae.The content of Zn in pupae(506.87 mg/kg)was significantly higher than that of adults and larvae,but the other seven trace elements were lower in pupae.This provided basic research data for the the pupa of Blaps rynchopetera Fairmaire as a biological product to zinc supplementation.
