摘　　要：完善院级大型仪器平台的管理和运行模式,对于充分发挥大型仪器设备在教学、科研等方面的价值具有重要意义。基于目前院级大型仪器平台存在的问题,总结了华南农业大学材料与能源学院在大型仪器平台规划、制度建设、科学管理、人才培养及开放共享等方面的实践和探索经验,旨在进一步构建高效的大型仪器平台运行机制。It is of great significance to improve the management and operation mode of large-scale instrument platform for giving full play to the value of large-scale instrument and equipment in teaching and research.Based on the current problems existing in the large-scale instrument platform, the practice and exploration experience on large scale instrument platform planning, system construction, scientific management, personnel training and open sharing, etc, in College of Materials and Energy of South China Agricultural University were summarized. It was expected to guide for further constructing an efficient operation mechanism of large-scale instrument platform.
