用二氧化氯消除废纸浆中荧光性物质的研究

摘  要:当前废纸浆仍为主要的造纸原料之一,部分废纸浆中存在荧光性物质,对人体健康产生不良影响,限制了其应用范围。将氯酸盐与过氧化氢制成预混液,与硫酸反应,利用一体化设备现场制备二氧化氯,用来消除纸浆中的荧光物质,并进行了应用试验。当废纸浆的原始CIE Flour数值小于25%时,纸浆中二氧化氯浓度大于0.25‰,可使纸浆的最终CIE Flour数值小于10%,但纸浆的亮度值呈下降趋势。通过采用二氧化氯漂白并去除荧光物质,再用过氧化氢补充漂白,不仅去除荧光物质,纸浆亮度仍可维持过氧化氢与FAS组合漂白时的数值。At present,recycled pulp is still one of the main papermaking raw materials.There are fluorescent substances in some waste paper,which have adverse effects on human health and limit its application field.Chlorate and hydrogen peroxide were made into premix and reacted with sulfuric acid.Chlorine dioxide was prepared on-site by integrated equipment to eliminate fluorescent substances in pulp.When the original CIE flour value of waste pulp is less than 25%,the chlorine dioxide concentration in pulp is greater than 0.25‰,which can make the final CIE flour value of pulp less than 10%,but the brightness of pulp shows a downward trend.By bleaching with chlorine dioxide and removing fluorescent substances,and then bleaching with hydrogen peroxide,not only the fluorescent substances are removed,but the brightness can still maintain the value of combined bleaching with hydrogen peroxide and FAS.
