摘　　要：镀陶内衬纸是指在原纸表面涂布水性陶土材料,以达到具有双向保湿、无害保润、防潮防霉特性的新型包装材料,原纸作为镀陶内衬纸的加工基材,主要研究的内容是使镀陶内衬原纸充分满足水性陶土材料的涂布生产需求,本文介绍了一种镀陶内衬原纸的生产方法,通过对打浆、抄纸工艺和助剂的使用以及影响印刷效果的重点指标进行研究,开发出可以满足印刷要求的镀陶内衬原纸。Ceramic lining paper refers to the coating of water-based clay material on the surface of the base paper to achieve a new type of packaging material with two-way moisture retention,harmless moisture retention,moisture and mildew resistance.The base paper is mainly used as the processing substrate of ceramic lining paper.The content is to make the ceramic lining base paper fully meet the coating production requirements of water-based clay materials.After success,this technology can be simultaneously promoted and applied to the printing and processing of other water-based materials.This article introduces a production method of ceramic lining base paper,which is researched through the beating process,papermaking process,the use of additives and key indicators,and develops the ceramic lining base paper that can meet the printing requirements.
