摘  要:以南沙某软土地区预应力管桩基础工程为背景,结合其地质条件及其桩基设计及施工特点,针对该工程存在的预应力管桩收锤标准问题,通过对复打、补勘、高应变及静载检测等处理措施结果的分析,提出相应处理意见。分析结果表明:项目勘察报告提供的地质参数偏于保守,承载力计算结果小于实测数据;高应变动测承载力结果相对保守,承载力以静载结果为准;原设计收锤标准过高,当桩端无法穿过中粗砂层时,可按设计要求以贯入度收锤。Basing on the project of prestressed pipe pile foundation in a soft soil area of Nansha,combining with the engineering geological conditions and the features of design and construction of the pile foundation,in view of the problems existing in the conditions for stopping hammering of prestressed pipe piles,the corresponding treatment suggestions are put forward through the analysis of the results of treatment measures such as re driving,supplementary exploration,high strain and static load test.The results show that the geological parameters provided in the survey report of this project are more conservative,and the calculation results of bearing capacity are less than the measured data;the bearing capacity measured by high strain is relatively conservative,and the bearing capacity is subject to the static load;the condition for stopping hammering of the original design is too high,so when the end of pile cannot pass through the medium-coarse sand layer,the condition for stopping hammering can be carried out according to the penetration of design requirements.
