摘  要:某资源热力电厂新建一座128.8 m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱,烟囱的形式为四管式烟囱。由于高耸烟囱施工的作业风险高、施工质量要求高和施工流程较复杂,其向来都是资源热力电厂项目建设的重难点。简要阐述了高耸烟囱施工常用的爬模、滑模和翻模施工方法,并分析了3种方法直接运用于烟囱施工时的优缺点,提出应当对常规的翻模法进行改进。为了进一步提高施工速度和保证施工质量,本文基于翻模法提出了一种用于高耸筒状建筑物的滑移施工装置,结合该装置和翻模法的特点,提出了一种自爬平台翻模施工技术。实践证明,该施工技术取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广和应用。A reinforced concrete chimney with a height of 128.8 m is built in a resource thermal power plant in the form of four-tube chimney.Due to the high operation risk,high construction quality requirements and complex construction process of high-rise chimney construction,it has always been an important and difficult point in the construction of resource thermal power plant projects.Briefly expounds the common construction methods of climbing form,sliding form and turning form in the construction of high-rise chimney,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods applied directly to the chimney construction of this project,and puts forward that the conventional turning method should be improved.In order to further improve the construction speed and ensure the construction quality,this paper puts forward a kind of slip construction device for towering cylindrical buildings based on the turning method,and puts forward a selfclimbing platform turning construction technology based on the characteristics of the device and the turning method.Practice has proved that the construction technology has achieved good economic and social benefits,and is worth popularizing and applying.
