中国农业高质量发展的时空差异与动态演进

摘　　要：基于2004—2018年中国地级市的样本数据,采用由Fare-Primont指数法测算的农业全要素生产率指标度量城市农业高质量发展,使用Dagum基尼系数及其分解、Kernel密度估计、Markov链分析等方法,对中国农业高质量发展的时空差异与动态演进进行描述和分析,研究结果显示:整体而言,2004—2018年中国农业高质量发展水平改善趋势明显,且不同区域的农业高质量发展水平呈现出不同的变化趋势;中国城市的农业高质量发展展现出明显的“非均衡特征”,城市农业高质量发展水平的整体差异及其变化主要是受区域间差异的影响。分区域看,考察期内东部地区城市领先优势持续扩大;中部和西部地区虽然也实现了农业发展质量的提升,但其相对水平有所下降;东北地区的农业发展质量则由领先逐渐变为落后。Based on the sample data of prefecture-level cities in China’s mainland from 2004 to 2018,the agricultural total factor productivity index calculated by the Fare-Primont index method is used as a measure of high-quality development of agriculture in cities,and used Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition,Kernel density estimation,and Markov chain analysis to describe and analyze the Spatio-temporal differences and dynamic evolution of high-quality development of agriculture in China.The results show that:On the whole,the improvement trend of high-quality development level of agriculture in China is obvious from 2004 to 2018,and the high quality-development level of agriculture in different regions shows different trends.The quality-development of urban agriculture in China’s cities shows an obvious disequilibrium characteristic,and the overall difference and change of the quality-development level of agriculture in cities are mainly affected by regional differences.In terms of regions,the leading advantages of cities in the eastern regions continued to expand during the inspection period.Although the quality of agricultural development in the central and western regions has also improved,their relative level has declined.The quality of agricultural development in the northeast has gradually changed from leading to being backward.
