摘  要:对两种不同粒径的重型卡车废轮胎胶粉在各个恒定温度下的热解特性进行了研究,并得到了表观动力学参数。结果表明,废轮胎胶粉在恒定温度下热解经历了两个热解过程,升温过程中水分和助剂的挥发和到达目标温度后合成橡胶、天然橡胶的快速热解;热解反应速率快,在恒定温度下数10 s内即可完成反应,热解残渣收率0.4左右,热解残渣主要为生产轮胎时添加的炭黑。建立的一级反应动力学模型较好地描述了热解失重过程,为提高废轮胎热解炭黑的质量提供了基础数据与理论依据。The pyrolysis characteristics of two kinds of heavy truck waste tire rubber powder with different particle sizes at various constant temperatures were studied,and the apparent kinetic parameters were obtained.The results showed that the pyrolysis of waste tire rubber powder at constant temperature experienced two pyrolysis processes:the volatilization of water and additives in the heating process and the rapid pyrolysis of synthetic rubber and natural rubber after reaching the target temperature;the pyrolysis reaction rate is fast.The reaction can be completed in tens of seconds at a constant temperature.The yield of pyrolysis residue is about 0.4.The pyrolysis residue is mainly carbon black added in the production of tires.The established first-order reaction kinetic model can better describe the weight loss process of pyrolysis,which provides basic data and theoretical basis for improving the quality of pyrolysis carbon black of waste tire.
