摘  要:菱镁尾矿分别通过焙烧和再生酸浸泡,制备轻烧MgO和MgSO_(4)混合物,利用轻烧MgO和MgSO_(4)混合物制备硫氧镁水泥。结果表明,最佳条件下(900℃,煅烧时间2 h),氧化镁活性可达61.94%;最佳条件下(酸矿比1∶2.2,酸浓度20%,酸浸48 h),硫酸镁含量可达17.1%。利用轻烧MgO和MgSO_(4)混合物制备硫氧镁水泥,MgO与MgSO_(4)摩尔比为9,改性剂掺量为2%时,试样养护28 d抗折、抗压强度可分别达10.57,47.71 MPa,软化系数为0.94。The mixture of lightly burned MgO and MgSO_(4)was prepared by roasting magnesite tailings and industrial waste acid leaching respectively.Then,the mixture of lightly burned MgO and MgSO_(4)was used to prepare magnesite oxysulfate cement.The results show that under the best conditions(900℃,calcination time 2 h),magnesium oxide activity could reach 61.94%.Under the best conditions(acid/mine 1∶2.2,acid concentration 20%,acid leaching 48 h),magnesium sulfate content can reach 17.1%,the molar ratio is 9 and the modifier content is 2%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the sample can reach 10.57 MPa and 47.71 MPa,respectively,and the softening coefficient is 0.94 after curing for 28 d.
