摘 要:采用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)及烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)作为反应单体,通过自由基聚合反应制备了两性聚羧酸分散剂(AAD),将其用于制备煤沥青水浆。考察了AAD分散剂的最佳制备条件,并研究了分散剂对煤沥青水浆成浆性、流变性、稳定性的影响。结果表明,当n(AMPS)∶n(APEG)=10∶1,DMC用量为AMPS和APEG总质量的5%,KPS用量为反应物总质量的7%,反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h时,制备的AAD分散剂具有最佳的性能,并且其具有良好的分散增稳能力,利于提高煤沥青水浆的工业应用。Amphoteric polycarboxylate dispersant(AAD)was prepared by radical polymerization with 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)and allyl polyoxyethylene ether(APEG)as reaction monomers,which was used to prepare coal tar pitch slurry,the optimum preparation conditions of AAD dispersant were investigated,and the effects of dispersant on the slurryability,rheology and stability of coal tar pitch water slurry were studied.The results show that when n(AMPS)∶n(APEG)=10∶1,DMC dosage is 5%of the total mass of AMPS and APEG,KPS dosage is 7%of the total mass of reactants,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 3 h,the prepared AAD dispersant has the best performance,and it has good dispersing and stabilizing ability,which is beneficial to improve the industrial application of coal tar pitch water slurry.
