摘 要:将原稻壳、水洗稻壳、酸洗稻壳在马弗炉中以不同堆积厚度(2,4,8 cm)和不同温控条件(450,500,550℃)下进行堆积燃烧,探究清洗对于稻壳堆积燃烧制备SiO_(2)的影响,利用同步热分析仪(STA)对清洗后稻壳及其堆积燃烧灰的热重特性分别进行了实验研究;利用X射线荧光检测仪(XRF)和比表面积分析仪(BET)对部分制备稻壳灰中SiO_(2)的纯度和稻壳灰的比表面积进行了检测。结果表明,清洗会促进稻壳的堆积燃烧,减少稻壳堆积燃烧灰中的残炭量,并减弱灰中残炭量受堆积厚度的影响,提高灰中SiO_(2)的纯度和灰的比表面积。The effect of washing on the preparation of SiO_(2)by pile-up combustion of rice husk was investigated.The rice husk without pretreatment and washed using water,acid were carried out in a muffle furnace with different piled height(2,4,8 cm)and at different temperatures(450,500,550℃).Thermogravimetric analysis of rice husk with treatment and its ash were performed using simultaneous thermal analyzer(STA).The SiO_(2)purity in rice husk ash and the specific surface area of ash were measured using X-ray fluorescence analyzer(XRF)and specific surface area analyzer(BET).The results show that the pretreatment of washing has many advantages including the promotion of rice husk piled combustion,the enhancement of SiO_(2)purity in ash and the improvement of specific area of ash.
