摘  要:由C_(12-14)直链脂肪醇与C_(13)异构醇合成了环氧乙烷加合数为3的直链醇醚(AEO_(3))与异构醇醚(IAEO_(3)),测试了两种醇醚的物化性能与表面性能(表面张力与接触角)以及应用性能(润湿性、乳化性、泡沫性能、去污性和凝胶范围)。结果表明,当EO加合数相同时,IAEO_(3)浊点较低,凝固点较高;AEO_(3)降低表面张力的能力与效率均优于IAEO_(3);AEO_(3)初始泡沫略高,消泡速度更快,而IAEO_(3)的初始泡沫高度低于AEO_(3),但是泡沫更加稳定,不易消除。去污力上IAEO_(3)略差于AEO_(3);IAEO_(3)没有凝胶范围,适合应用于浓缩产品;润湿性、乳化性等性能,IAEO_(3)明显优于AEO_(3)。Straight-chain alcohol ethers(AEO_(3))and isomeric alcohol ethers(IAEO_(3))with an EO addition number of 3 were synthesized from C_(12-14)straight-chain fatty alcohols and C_(13)isomeric alcohols.The physical and chemical properties(surface tension and contact angle)and application properties(wettability,emulsification,foam performance,detergency,and gelation range)of the two alcohol ethers were tested.The results showed that IAEO_(3)has lower cloud point and higher freezing point when the number of EO addition is the same;AEO_(3)has better ability and efficiency to reduce surface tension than IAEO_(3);AEO_(3)has slightly higher initial foam and faster defoaming,while IAEO_(3)has lower initial foam height than AEO_(3),but the foam is more stable and not easy to eliminate.IAEO_(3)is slightly inferior to AEO_(3)in terms of decontamination power;IAEO_(3)has no gel range and is suitable for application in concentrated products;IAEO_(3)is significantly better than AEO_(3)in terms of wettability,emulsification and other properties.
