摘 要:以热塑性双醛淀粉为基体,菠萝叶纤维为增强材料,采用热压成型的方法制备菠萝叶纤维/热塑性淀粉复合材料,研究了不同填充量的菠萝叶纤维对复合材料的力学、理化及降解性能的影响。研究结果表明,当菠萝叶纤维填充量为15%,复合材料的拉伸性能最佳,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为7.4 MPa,1.25%;菠萝叶纤维填充量为20%时的弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为13.18,2245.54 MPa。随着纤维填充量的增加,复合材料的密度逐渐减少、含水率逐渐增加、降解失重率逐渐增加。Taking thermoplastic dialdehyde starch as the matrix,pineapple leaf fiber as the reinforcing material,the pineapple leaf fiber/thermoplastic starch composite was prepared by hot pressing.The effects of the fillings of pineapple leaf fiber on the mechanical,physicochemical and degradation properties of the composite were studied.The results show that when the fillings of pineapple leaf fiber is 15%,the tensile properties of the composite is the best,and the tensile strength and elongation at break are 7.4 MPa and 1.25%.The flexural strength and flexural modulus were 13.18 MPa and 2245.54 MPa respectively when the fillings of pineapple leaf fiber was 20%.With the increase of fiber filling,the density of composite gradually decreases,moisture content and degradation rate of the composite gradually increased.
