摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM),2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,二乙二醇二乙烯基醚为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,加入钠基膨润土(MMT)、玄武岩纤维(BF),合成一种耐温耐盐复合颗粒。在120℃,2×10^(5)mg/L条件下,考察交联剂、引发剂、m(AM)∶m(AMPS)、膨润土、纤维加量对复合颗粒吸水性能的影响。对比AM/AMPS/MMT复合颗粒和AM/AMPS/MMT/BF复合颗粒流变及吸水性能可知,AM/AMPS/MMT/BF复合颗粒强度及韧性增大,吸水倍数为20.69 g/g,具有良好的耐温耐盐性能。通过岩心实验证明,AM/AMPS/MMT/BF复合颗粒具有良好的耐冲刷和封堵性能。Profile control agent synthesized by copolymerizing using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as polymer monomers,diethylene alcohol divinyl ether as the cross-linking agent,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,Bentonite(MMT)and Basalt Fiber(BF)as fillers,synthesized a temperature-tolerant and salt-resistant profile control agent.Under the condition of 120℃,2×10^(5) mg/L investigated the addition of cross-linking agent and initiator,m(AM)∶m(AMPS),the addition of MMT and BF on the effect of the water absorbency properties of composite particles.By comparing the rheological and water absorbency properties of AM/AMPS/MMT composite particles and AM/AMPS/MMT/BF composite particles,the AM/AMPS/MMT/BF composite particles increased in strength and toughness and the water absorbency ratio reached 20.69 g/g,indicating that AM/AMPS/MMT/BF composite particles had good temperature-tolerant and salt-resistant.The core flow experiment showed that the AM/AMPS/MMT/BF composite particles had good scour resistance and plugging performance.
