摘 要:使用热解碳化的方式,将万古霉素菌渣制备成吸附剂,并用于染料废水的处理。利用SEM、BET和Zeta电位等对其进行表征,结果表明600℃热解条件下所制备的菌渣生物炭吸附性能最佳。将其应用于溶液中罗丹明B(RB)的吸附去除。结果表明,在初始RB浓度为20 mg/L,吸附30 min内达到平衡,溶液中RB的去除率最高能达到97.16%。菌渣生物炭对罗丹明B的吸附为准一级动力学吸附。万古菌渣生物炭,能够作为一种吸附剂,在罗丹明B废水处理上有较好的应用前景。Vancomycin bacterial residues were prepared as adsorbents using pyrolytic carbonation and used for the treatment of dye wastewater.It was characterized using SEM,BET and Zeta potential,and the results showed that the best adsorption performance of the biochar of the residue prepared by pyrolysis at 600℃,it was applied to the adsorption and removal of Rhodamine B(RB)from solution,and the results showed that at an initial RB concentration of 20 mg/L,the adsorption reached equilibrium within 30 min,and the maximum removal rate of RB from solution could reach 97.16%.The adsorption of Rhodamine B by the biochar of mycorrhizal residue was quasi primary kinetic adsorption.Vanguard biochar,which can be used as an adsorbent,has a good application prospect for Rhodamine B wastewater treatment.
