摘  要:以柠檬烯作为有机溶剂,Tween-80、Span-80和烷基糖苷(APG)为表面活性剂,筛选出互溶剂为甲醇,加入乙二醇单丁醚、水,复配出水包油微乳液型清蜡剂,探究柠檬烯/水比、甲醇加量、表面活性剂加量,对清蜡剂溶蜡速率、洗油率的影响。结果表明,清蜡剂的最佳配方为柠檬烯11.6%,水11.6%,乙二醇单丁醚14.0%,烷基糖苷11.6%,甲醇23.2%,复配表面活性剂28.0%;其中复配表面活性剂的比例为m(Tween-80)∶m(Span-80)=1∶1。该清蜡剂的溶蜡速率为0.0574 g/min,洗油率为93.72%,表面张力为25.36 mN/m。The oil-in-water microemulsion wax remover uses limonene as the organic solvent,and Tween-80,Span-80 and APG are surfactants.The methanol mutual solvents for synthetic wax removers are screened.Then the ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and alkyl glycosides are added,the oil-in-water microemulsion wax remover is compounded.Effect of the limonene-to-water ratio,the amount of methanol and surfactants of the wax remover on wax melting rate and oil washing rate are tested.The results show that the best formula of wax remover is limonene 11.6%,water 11.6%,ethylene glycol monobutyl ether 14.0%,alkyl glycoside 11.6%,methanol 23.2%,compound surfactant 28.0%;the ratio of compound surfactant is m(Tween-80)∶m(Span-80)=1∶1.The wax dissolving rate of the wax removing agent is 0.0574 g/min,the oil washing rate is 93.72%,and the surface tension is 25.36 mN/m.
