摘 要:以实际工业废油为研究对象,以高炉渣为吸附剂,以工业废油中的酸性组分为吸附质,对高炉渣吸附工业废油酸性组分的吸附行为进行了研究。结果表明,高炉渣为中孔结构,以片状类粒子堆积形成的狭缝孔为主,具备用于吸附的结构基础;准二级动力学模型、Elvoich动力学模型可较好地描述高炉渣吸附工业废油酸性组分的动力学过程,吸附速率受液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散共同影响,其中颗粒内扩散的影响较液膜扩散为大;Langmuir方程、Freundlich方程、Temkin方程与高炉渣吸附工业废油酸性组分的吸附等温线拟合效果较好,吸附过程受物理吸附和化学吸附的共同作用,为自发进行的吸热过程,吸附作用力以氢键力和偶极间作用力为主。Taking the actual industrial waste oil as the research object,the blast furnace slag as the adsorbent,and the acid component in the industrial waste oil as the adsorbate,the adsorption behavior of the blast furnace slag to the acidic component of industrial waste oil was researched.Results show that the blast furnace slag is of the mesoporous structure,and the slit hole formed by the accumulation of flaky particles is the main structure,which has the structure basis for adsorption.Besides,the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Elvoich kinetic model can describe the kinetic process of the industrial waste oil acid component adsorption by the blast furnace slag well.And the adsorption rate is affected by both the liquid film diffusion and the intra-particle diffusion,and among them,the effect of the intra-particle diffusion is greater than that of the liquid film diffusion.Moreover,Langmuir equation,Freundlich equation and Temkin equation have a good fitting effect with the adsorption isotherm of the industrial waste oil acid component adsorption by the blast furnace slag.And the adsorption process,which is a spontaneous endothermic process,is affected by both physical and chemical adsorption,and the adsorption force is mainly hydrogen bond force and dipole force.
