摘 要:对食品工业废水进行简要概述,包括我国食品工业的发展现状、废水的来源以及特性。针对食品工业废水的处理,总结了现有的常见方法。其中化学法对难生物降解的污染物具有较好的处理效果但因化学试剂的投加和副反应的发生容易造成二次污染;物化法处理效果好但成本较高;生物法可以对大多数污染物实现降解,成本较低,处理量大,具有能源回收利用的可能性,但占地面积也大。通过对各种食品工业废水处理方法的总结和比较,以期对之后在此领域的研究者有一定的参考作用。Food industrial wastewater was briefly reviewed,including the development of food industry in China,the source and characteristics of wastewater.Aiming at the treatment of food industrial wastewater,the existing common methods were summarized.Among them,chemical method has a good effect on the treatment of difficult biodegradable pollutants,but it is easy to cause secondary pollution due to chemical reagents and side reactions.Physicochemical method has a good effect but the cost is higher.Biological method can degrade most pollutants with low cost and large treatment capacity.Besides,it has the possibility of energy recovery and utilization,but it also covers a large area.It is expected to provide some references for later researchers in this filed by summarizing and comparing various food industrial wastewater treatment methods.
